Below you will find the details of payments for Gotland Summercup.
The team fee needs to be paid according to the registration and booking. The rest of the payment needs to be paid no later than March 15th.

Team Fee
The registration fee is 2500 SEK per team.
According to the registration we will send an invoice of 10% of the total amount, incl accommodation.
Participation fee
Please notify that all travelling team needs to book accommodation through the tournament. The fee is different depending on what kind of accommodation you have choosen. Meals are included in the accommodation fee, from Sunday dinner to Wednesday breakfast.
Three nights accommodation is included in all the accommodation options.
Arrival day June 14th, Departure back home June 17th.
Accommodation in school: 1600 SEK/person
Accommodation at Visby Gustavsvik, cottages and/or apartments : 2400 SEK/person
Accommodation at Kneippbyn Resort B&B: 2200 SEK/person
Accommodation at Kneippbyn Resort Cottages, smaller cottage: 2500 SEK/person
Accommodation at Kneippbyn Resort Cottages, larger cottage: 2800 SEK/person
Accommodation in Hotel: 3200 SEK / person The accommodation options do have following included:
- Three nights accommodation
- Meals from Sunday dinner to Wednesday breakfast.
- Participation in the tournament
With the activity band you will have discounted entrance to the waterpark at Kneippbyn resort. Teams staying at Kneippbyn do have the access/entrance included in the price.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The team fee needs to be paid according to the registration. The particpation fees needs to be paid no later than Mach 15th.
Refunding payment:
Team fee, cancellation latest at March 1st, 2025.
Participation fee, cancellation latest at April 1st, 2025.
