When will we know if we get a place in the tournament?
As soon as your registration has been registered, an automatic confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address, used at the application.

Can we adjust the number of participants later?
It is possible to adjust the number of participants until 20% until we need a list of names and final payment.

When is the latest payment date?
10% of the total payment needs to be paid according to the registration and booking. The rest of the payment needs to be paid no later than March 15th.

ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD
Do I need to book the team's accommodation directly upon registration? Accommodation needs to be booked upon the registration for the tournament, for teams traveling to the destination. It is of course fine to change your choice of accommodation later.

What is the entrance fee to the summer and water park at Kneippbyn?
For teams accommodated at Kneippbyn, tickets for the summer- and water park is included in the price. For teams, not accommodated in Kneippbyn, discounted tickets can be ordered separately.

THE COMPETITION
How many matches do we play?
All teams guaranteed 5 matches.

What´s the playing time?
The games are 2x20min for 7vs7 and 2x25min for 9vs9 & 11vs11.

Are we playing on artificial or natural grass?
Most matches are played on natural grass.
However, some of the matches are played on artificial grass.

When is the schedule released?
The game schedule will be published here on the website no later than May 15.

When does the cup end?
The finals and the last games of the tournament will be played on Tuesday evening.
Departure day is Wednesday, after breakfast.
